Many years ago, well-known blues singer and drummer Tommie Harris has engaged Martelle to be host, singer, and guitarist for Frankfurt’s famous weekly Blues/Funk/Soul session with Tommie Harris & Friends at Orange Peel club. This special event continues each and every year until today. From time to time there will be a Martelle solo album, the last one's entitled "The Doors Will Open".ġ996 has been the first year of “Martelle’s Messe Show”, a special concert with various illustrious home and foreign guests during Frankfurt Musikmesse time. He plays the guitar with London based singer Tarq Bowen as well as in his own "Martelle Trio". Since 2008, he's one of german label Popvirus's main authors, producing album after album.
